Our team consists of experienced facilitators who have been in your shoes. They are passionate about what they do and dedicated to providing an easy-to-follow program designed to help you reach your healing goals.
My goal in creating this program is to help other women, like me, who have experienced difficult life events and are seeking practical tools for healing—so they can move beyond the past and find inner peace.
Driven by a passion for learning and a desire to heal, I have explored and loved many healing paths over the last forty years. These have included traditional talk therapy, religion, spirituality, yoga, meditation, hypnotherapy, and even times of doing nothing at all. Yet I realized I was still searching for something deeper—healing that truly lasted. I didn’t want something that simply skimmed the surface or offered temporary relief.
I needed healing to reached the root of what happened, and stayed with me.
Along the way, I discovered there were "missing steps" necessary for complete healing and becoming the person I wanted to be. These missing steps are now available.
